We are happy to assist schools and not-for-profit organisations hold Blue Light events wherever we can and this is much easier if there is an affiliated branch in the area. You would need to provide a suitable venue and additional volunteers that meet our Blue Card requirements. We do have some branch volunteers that are willing to travel to help communities host events and as they are all volunteers, they cannot be instructed to do so. Most branches charge an entry fee at their regular events, this is used to cover insurances, prizes, hall hire, repairs and maintenance on equipment etc and although there is no set fee for a branch to travel to assist, a donation could be made to compensate them for the costs. Schools, communities, and sporting clubs cannot run their own activity and call it a Blue Light event as the use of the term 'Blue Light' must not be used by anyone other than an affiliated Blue Light branch.
